The best DVD for all-levels! Excellent and
intelligent instruction. Many options based on time

Introduction to Vinyasa (or flow) - camera moves with Baron and this

Music for Yoga
Practice
Back to Main Menu
I rarely play one single CD from start to finish for any practice; instead, I
mix up the songs from all different CD's and create a flow that feels right for
the style of class. Needless to say, it can take me a long, long time and
leave my brain somewhat fried to create a CD! My main sources for music
are Amazon.com, Walmart.com and Malimba Records. I really enjoy all of the
CD's listed, sometimes it is hard to come up with something new to say about
each one - due to my own limitations with language! I did try to
categorize how I use the music but feel free to mix it up and make it right for
your own practice. I am always eager for
new sounds, please let me know of any that you enjoy. :)
