Home Practice

Yoga is a path of self-discovery.  I truly enjoy attending classes.  I learn proper alignment, get ideas for postures and concepts that I didn't know before and I get to enjoy the shared energy of my fellow yogis and yoginis.  Where I learn the most about myself though is by having a regular personal practice.  I get to take time in poses that are challenging both physically and mentally.  I get to reflect on the emotional and physical sensations that arise.  I am creating this page to assist those who are interested in embarking or maintaining their own personal practice.  This page will be updated regularly with essays on different topics filled with ideas to enhance your personal practice.  Below you will find titles of articles that will soon be added.  I look forward to your suggestions and questions! :)
